Stella is a 2008 section B welsh mare. I met her at Wendy Williams place while doing bodywork on her and Wendy’s other Welsh ponies. Being around them, I realized that they share many of the same qualities that I love about the Lusitanos and I became enthralled with the idea of crossing her on a Lusitano stallion to create some phenomenal sport ponies.
Unfortunately, a week after delivering her Velocity DF in 2025, Stella was put down due to an esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. We miss the “hot chocolate” pony, but are very grateful for the 2 colts that she left us with.

Stella is broke to both ride and drive. She is a sensitive mare that likes to know that she is doing the right thing and this makes her very lovely to be around and handle. If you’re giving her attention and she melts into you, it gives you the best feeling, like hot chocolate, a warm fire, and a cosy blanket on a cold day kind of feel.
Stella arrived to us with her colt Stellar J Bond at side. He is sired by Braaklander Boomerang, and has an absolutely lovely mind.
