WE DON’T just sell horses, we FACILITATE exceptional partnerships.
As part of the sales process, we want to get to know you. We want to hear about your goals and dreams. We want to know if you’re team mare, team gelding, or team I just like a good horse. We want to know what kinds of things you’ve loved about other horses you’ve interacted with, and those that you haven’t liked as well.
We believe that in order for you to take home your “dream horse”, that you need to be the horse’s “dream person” as well.
We BELIEVE that in order for you to take home your “DREAM HORSE”…
THAT YOU NEED TO BE the horse’s “DREAM PERSON” as well.
We spend time with our foals on a daily basis and get to know them very well. We learn how they like to interact, how they handle pressure, how they learn, and all the little details of their personalities. We strongly believe that these things matter in each future partnership, and want to do our best to match them up with the right person. People invest so much into owning a horse, so we feel very strongly about taking the time to find the best match for horse and human.
To reflect this, we will not offer any foals for sale until they are weaned. Weaning age will depend on each individual horse and situation. As we are still early on in building our program, we will be assessing the foals as prospects for our own program. We are happy to keep track of interest in individuals and discuss what we are seeing in each foal. Potential buyers are welcomed and encouraged to come out and meet the horses, but we will do our best to provide quality photos, videos, and information to those who are unable to.
Our foals have eyes on them and some sort of interaction daily. We typically take our time teaching them how to respond to pressure, so that by the time we halter them they already have a good understanding of what is being asked of them. They learn to pick up their feet and have farrier work from a young age. Foals are branded and microchipped at the vet after weaning, and will be registered with their respective breed associations.
We are happy to be “spammed” with pictures, videos, and all the stories from their new lives. If one of our horses should ever require a soft landing, we will do our best to either buy back that horse if we are able, or to facilitate a new partnership.
