Reina is always right in there with Lark and Thyme to greet me in the pasture, and usually continues to follow me around while I catch whoever I’m out there for.  Even when she is unsure, Reina is always seeking connection.  She does her absolute best to be good and try to figure out what is being asked of her.

As time allows, we have been working at getting Reina gently started under saddle. She has shown to be very accepting of the process, with a natural tendency to try to think through things as long as she isn't over faced.

Reina is closer in type to Jerico, having a bit more height and big elastic movement with a deep, active hock.  She is a big girl at just over 16hh as a 3 year old. All of her qualities have me incredibly excited to continue her training, and eventually have her raise some foals.
