Reina is a 2021 palomino mare that I was very fortunate to purchase from Lucinda Johnson. Arriving late in 2023 as a long 2 year old, Reina quickly settled in with everyone noting her calm disposition.
Her first foal, Xama DF by Marialva, arrived On May 4th, 2026.

Reina is always right in there with Lark and Thyme to greet me in the pasture, and usually continues to follow me around while I catch whoever I’m out there for. Even when she is unsure, Reina is always seeking connection. She does her absolute best to be good and try to figure out what is being asked of her.
Reina is closer in type to Jerico, having a bit more height and big elastic movement with a deep, active hock. She is a big girl at just over 16hh.
We’ve worked with Reina a lot on the ground and she did have a couple of rides as time permitted.
